Somewhere in Chicago...
Just got home from my last FIP shows. I'm tired, and sorta wish I got to hang out with some of the boys for a bit longer, but most of them will be on the ROH shows this coming weekend. Ladies and germs, this is it. I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact that what i've been doing with ROH for three years all comes to a close in seven sort days. Time flies they say, and before I know it, it'll be next sunday, and i'll be dropping off a very drunk Samoa Joe at the airport, saying goodbye to Homicide, and just trying to enjoy ever second I have left with my friends...my family. My support system.
It hasn't been the easiest year for me thus far. Sure, some great stuff has happened to me, and my hard work has started to show signs of paying off, but not a day goes by when I think of certain people and want to ask them "why?", right before I twist their neck. Living well is the best revenge, and i'm hell bent on giving the Chicago ROH fans one hell of an ending to my story this Saturday.
Wrestling is emotion. Come watch me do what I do best. Then party all night long with the Embassy like it's 1979, EH?!!!??

I will definantly be buying this show on DVD since I cant afford to make the road trip. Nothing would have been better then seeing it live...but sometimes things just dont work out that way.

All I can hope is that the E's creative gives you something good to work with...cause from what I've heard...they arnt, and that makes me a bit sad. :/

you have actually impacted my life. i lost interest in wrestling in...i think it was around 2002. wwf/wwe was stale as hell and i did not know about the indys. sometime last year, i was flicking through sky and i stopped on 'the wrestling channel'. raven was on tna and me being a huge raven mark back in the day, i started watching it (i was also amused that he was wearing a skirt...its a skirt, raven!). i didnt really like tna as a whole but i started to read up about what raven had been doing and who he'd had matches with and whatnot. and then your name came up. "one of the best feuds ive ever seen" - words of one of my friends. so i checked out your dog collar match with raven and then i gradually saw more and more of the feud and then i realised you were a very talented guy.
you sparked my interest back in wrestling. im now a bigger fan than i was when i was ten. i love watching the indys and although roh wont be the same without you, you have inadvertly made me a huge fan of the product.
good luck in wwe. you deserve it.

Yo Punk, what it do bro? You are like my new favorite wrestler. I haven't seen much of you lately? I miss seeing you in TNA Wrestling. I hope you get into that company real soon. As far as WWE goes, good luck with them. I understand you are currently wrestling in dark matches for SmackDown! & RAW. I wish the best for you in that company. Punk, all I can say is thank you for some of the best matches I have ever seen and having such an impact on my life. It is hard to put everything I want to say in words. I want to thank you for your matches vs. Joe, Raven, Rave, AJ, Aries, and all of the others who I will not name because it will take to long. I'd kill to go out to Chicago on 8/13. Good luck, man, we'll never forget you. I've seen you 5 times live now, at the Conclusion, Back to Basics, The Future is Now, Fate of an Angel, and the 8/2 SmackDown tapings in Bridgeport, in the dark match (I was pleasantly surprised to see you wrestle, needless to say). Good luck in WWE, I hope next time you wrestle in Chicago is WrestleMania 22. Now that would be a homecoming.

I dont know if you even read these comments, but I'm one of the girls from last Monday/Tuesday. Me and my friend had our CM Punk signs in full force, and we talked to you as you were leaving Bridgeport. Amazing matches put on by you both nights. If July 16, 2005 was our last time seeing you in ROH, just know that when WWE comes to Mass, NY(where we'll be for college), and sometimes CT you'll have us there! lol.

I figured it was coming. And I'm ecstatic for you and the Chicago fans that your REAL (?) farewell could be in your hometown. I'm just disappointed that I won't be there to see it.

I got to see your match in Cleveland/RAw/Heat, though it did not air
on Heat. I got one advice for you (as I am sure you already know)...lol...
Watch out for those ropes, As well as the turnbuckles and padding.
They can be nasty. :P

Punk, ROH has been one hell of a journey man, and I'm glad to have witnessed the majority of it (via dvd of course). Living on the west coast sucks bro, there aren't any real indy feds up this way. But Punk, here's to the future man, I only hope it's as successful as your past. Oh yeah, drop the belt to Cabana, or use your leverage with "Haitch" to get him into WWE :-) Peace man, can't wait to see your final two nights on DVD.

I was there for your Mohegan Sun dark match last Monday (the first time I ever got to see you live), and thought it was awesome. I also thought it was cool that I got to meet you after the show (even if I misspelled my sign for you there.) I had heard from friends that you were a cool guy, and I'm happy that they were telling the truth there. Give them hell in WWE, I know I'm waiting patiently for your debut.

Thanks for the entertaining wrestling that I witnessed on Saturday for the last FIP show you were at. Driving 3 hours just to get there, it's people like you that made it worth going to the show. I wish you luck in WWE, and while Saturday night didnt go so hot after the show(AKA certain friends of mine trying to get a pic with you at your car), it was definitely worth seeing you live one more time. Third time, and it was memorable.

And by the way, when asked by my friend "How's it feel to be going into the WWE?" with you replying "I'm already there," it made me chuckle. Anyways, good luck, you know what you're doing, and there's no doubt you have a bright future ahead of you.

Reunion of The Gathering

Yo Punk, it do man? I was just thinking, there should be a reunion of The Gathering. I am talking about The Gathering that was formed in TNA Wrestling by Raven. Since Raven is too busy with the NWA World Heavyweight title, The Gathering should reform. Of course the following: CM Punk, Julio Deniro, Alexis Laree, & possibly (former member of JBL's cabinet, Amy). Alexis & Amy would be the head cheerleader's for the group. No matter if it happens in TNA Wrestling or WWE, The Gathering should reunite once & for all. Other than that, the choice is up to you. I hope its a good one. Laterz!
