"Fuck you Joboo, you mean to tell me Jesus Chirst can't hit a curve ball?"

Yeah. I was just laying in bed for three hours, after reading for about two, and STILL CANNOT GET TO SLEEP. I would like to rant and rave about things.

First off...oh shit, now I rememeber what I wanted to write about. Steroids. Somebody brought to my attention a commentary written by Lance Storm and it was a great read. Of course, i'm a douche bag and don't know the addy of it, and even if I did, due to my 'puter illiteracy wouldn't be able to link ya'll to it anyway. Regardless, i'm sure it's a widely known fact that Lacnce Storm says he's never touched a steroid in his life.

Now, i've never met Lance Storm, but I will admit to thinking that was bullshit for some time. Now i'm not too sure though. I mean, I pretty much have drawn a target on myself being straight edge and in the wrestling business, and i've heard people tell other people that i'm on all sorts of shit. So I thought about it, and it just never occured to me that Lance is probably telling the truth. I never put that much thought into it. I feel pretty silly about it honestly. I basically had the same thought process in regards to Lance, that the haters have towards me. I'm 26 years old. I didn't start working out until I was 17 or 18 and I only started working out because I was getting into the wrestling business. It's taken TONS of hard work to get where I am today, and i'm lieterally still learning and maturning in the gym. I weigh a whopping 212 pounds, and can be freaquently heard mumbling, "i'm fat" while doing at least an hour of cardio a day. I think I look like shit. I think I certainly don't look like somebody who is all gassed up. Sweet jeebus could you imagine if I *was* on the gas? I'd be a monster! Or maybe not, because i'm not too sure how steriods really work. I know people who said they were on and it didn't even look like they went to a gym. Would I have to eat more to maintain my weight? Would I be even MORE angry (think about how scary that would be)? Everybody is different, and my body respods horribly to carbs, so I try to keep 'em low...and holy shit am I rambling. I'll try to focus.....

Lance looks great, always has, and it's gotta be hell keeping that up with a full time wrestling schedule, but after thinking about it, it can be done. I'm not so lucky in the genetics department, so I feel i've gotta work extra hard, or at least a lot harder than most. I love hearing, or reading about silly fans that SWEAR i'm on this, or i'm taking that. Really, I do. It's almost inspiring in a way. I must look good, 'cause the kid with the screen name that ends in 316 says i'm on steroids!!!!

Fuck, I totally have no idea what my point is. Lance wrote a great commentary on it all, go find it.
Lance Storm is not on Steroids. Neither am I. I cannot however, vouch for Daizee Haze at all.

Maybe after I actually do sleep, i'll try to formulate a better written commentary on whatever the hell it was I was trying to say. Or maybe i'll just go to the gym...
drug. fucking. free.

Well for me its just great to know that Im not the only drug free guy in the world \m/
Dumbass fans will accuse anyone of being juiced at some point or another. But there are ways to tell who is and who isn't if you know the signs. Zero bodyfat, or maybe bacne so bad they have to bandage you up when the makeup girl pops 'em...

BTW: Sweet Baby Hay-zeus I hope they are paying you well. I hope you work smart and stay out of the way and make your money and get out of there with your image and self-respect intact...you've worked to hard to become who you are and I just can't see how they're going to let you be Punk. I hope I'm dead wrong.

Another BTW: Stamford is making me hate wrestling. Why do I let them do this to me?

You're my hero Punk. Show Stamford what it's like to be SxE.

Good luck and thanks for making me feel good to be drug free.
It's awesome hearing from you so many times over the last few days.

I said the same thing in Joe's journal, but I wished him luck with TNA and I'm wishing you luck in WWE. Hopefully we won't be hearing your name and "underused" in the same sentence.
i love you.
and i demand more entries!
p.s. you need to get a myspace. ask cabana how to do it.
I read Storm's commentary quite often, so yeah, I agree it's great.

CM, in regards to "Lance looks great, always has, and it's gotta be hell keeping that up with a full time wrestling schedule", maybe that's why he decided to stop wrestling? He's just warn out? Compared to others, he's young for a retired wrestler.
Thoughtful ... I read the Storm commentary ... but Punk, you definatly need some sleep! ;)

It's funny how much your sheep will listen. Get off the gas Punk.

Smoochez,
J.P.
Yeah, it's a sad misconception that all wrestlers MUST be on the gas now days. I guess if they look at the WWE I can see how they draw that conclusion. Unless of course the never sleep, and just use that time to train.

Of course that is always diminished by the fact that HHH can tear a quad, and lose a ton of weight, and is not able to work out nearly as much because of the leg, but he still manages to come back looking MUCH bigger then when he left.
I don't think you look like you've been on steroids. I think you look like a guy who works out as hard as he can...and you are not fat you paranoid adolescent ;)

for someone who only would post once every four months punk has been a roll with 3 entrys in 4 days crazy well i guess appreciate now when he's on the road 5 days of the week i highly doubt we'll see it updated again oh these precious moments

go punk go
That takes me back to Cyber Slam 1999 when Storm cut a passionate promo about being steroid-free before berating "fat" Tommy Dreamer and getting a face full of his own piss. Happy days.

Also, until reading the title of this entry I have never known ANYONE who has seen 'Major League'. And why haven't any wrestlers used the Joan Jett version of "Wild Thing" as their entrance music like Charlie Sheen did in the movie?
I'm pretty sure that Atsushi Onita used Jett's cover of Wild Thing for his entrance music.
I just wanted to know if you'll keep up the livejournal once you get into the WWE and all.

I hope so, its one of my favourite blogs on the net.
Dammit Punk, check your E-Mail! I have a question about a shirt of yours!

PS. Major League owns :)
Punk, I think its an inspiration that you worked hard to get in the shape you are in and never took a short cut using the steroids. The people who take those substances never think about the damage it will do to their bodies in years to come. It is simply not worth it to tamper with such things. It is never easy to go against the peer pressure of others. It takes a really strong person to stick their merits and do the right things in their lives. I am very proud to be fan of yours, Punk, because you are an inspiration and you one of the last true role models out there in this day and age. Thank you for being the person you are and I only hope you can continue to be the strong person you are for years to come.

For those who haven't seen Lance Storm's commentary on steroids simply go to: http://www.stormwrestling.com/080505.html.

Good luck to you Punk in your future endeavors and keep up the great stuff.

-Dave-

as a bodybuilding fan, you look awful, but as a wrestler you look great man. i like where you're at, im almost there now. you're my 'attainable goal' physique wise.

dont be so hard onyourself,dammit!

chris
Can't wait to see you in WWE. Promoting "Straight Edge", if done right, will be one step in easing any embarrassment nowadays in being a wrestling fan. Good luck in OVW, hope to see you on the main roster sooner than later.

Yes, while I do not agree with or support what WWE is doing with wrestling, I am sure this is a point you've wanted to reach in your career. Still I hope you will not allow yourself to be taken advantage of. This thread from another wrestling board was a joke rumor, for example: http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?showtopic=72435

...but I fear the E trying to do something like that to you for real. I just hope you'll be the same C.M. we all know and love, and not turned into some lame comedy act.
Punk, like I said at FIP to you on Friday night. Make it big. Run that ball all the way to the end zone and 500 yards more. You look great; better than most of the steroid free athletes in sports. Take pride in that.

You have the psychology game mastered, and you cut the best promos out of all the guys on the indy scene right now. If you don't make it in the WWE, it will be a first class crime. One day, Punk. I'm going to wrestle you. It will happen. Mark my words.
i agree with what venusinfursx said, you do need a myspace. they are great and can be much fun. if anyone has a myspace here's a link to mine www.myspace.com/sexyraver
lol too true my man. All too true.
